Five Little Riddles

Feel free to leave your answers in the comments.

1

Think it, I know it

Hide it, I reveal it

Claim your thought, I will steal it

2

On it prowls, leaving scars in its wake

The implacable leviathan, old as the earth

Claims all that the sun can’t defend

3

A colossal wall of grey granite,

Guarded by soldiers brandishing bellowing trumpets,

Hides a city of wealth and beauty,

Should you collapse it.

4

I am a sandwich

Inspect me, and see my name.

My bread is too small

5

I am a mask that hides the face inside,

I am a costume that contrasts the wearer,

Yet I slyly betray the secrets I hide,

And those who know me know my bearer.
